Phase 1-1: Perfecting Production & Business Model

Phase 1 consists of working on the hiring process, the production team and the requirements from the client. In more detail:

1. Get in contact with all major recruitment schools in the area & get a large number of applicants to join the company, most of them part-time, while the ones who were not hired can stay on standby if needed urgently
2. Set up enough pcs for the new freelancers to work on
3. Set a system in place where any information a freelancer needs can be accessed on our website. furthermore, make a structured course to teach each new freelancer detailing with blitzrebar as well as a method of certification that allows them to work for blitzrebar
4. Set a system where production doesn’t hire employees, it only has people working as freelancers from within the office, in order to do so:
   • Get accurate cost of production
   • Code a system that distributes work automatically, or at least tracks the progress of a submittal
   • Figure out the actual formula for freelancers
   • Figure out a formula for capacity rental
5. Figure out exactly what we should ask for from the client in order to streamline our production process
6. Create a system that every order has to go through, where it will be transformed so that each information is given in a specific Blitz Format (Mesh, Adds, NB PLs, Steel BG, Axes, Volume...)

Phase 1-2: Presentable website landing page + Linkedin profile

1. The website should be ready to start beta version for customers, it should include:
   • functioning apply to beta version form
   • functioning log-in system
   • functioning join newsletter button
   • landing page on a separate server than Aabco
2. Linkedin profile of Karl should be ready to start getting traffic
