The outline for the internal wiki should comprehensively cover all inquiries that a new employee might have regarding the entire production process of blitz. In addition to the basic steps, it should also include detailed explanations of each step, along with any relevant context and examples to ensure that new employees can fully understand the process.

To ensure clarity and accessibility, the outline should be created using a platform such as Notion, which allows for easy organization and the ability to link to relevant pages for each step. The list of steps should be clearly laid out and labeled, with each step being broken down into sub-steps for easier comprehension.

Furthermore, the outline should be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that it remains current and accurate. This can be done through periodic check-ins with employees and management, with any necessary revisions being made promptly to ensure that new employees have access to the most up-to-date information. Ultimately, a comprehensive and well-maintained outline can serve as an invaluable resource for new employees, helping them to quickly and effectively learn the production process of blitz.

Here is what I came up with:

  1. Download Files
  2. Fill WIP & JSON:10-20 min
  3. Check 3d Solid: 1 hr for rafts(<2000 m2),2 hrs for rafts >2000 & <6000 m2
  4. Convert 3rd solid to txt file: average 5 min
  5. Enter Configuration : 2 min for each configuration
  6. Draw FRSet:2 min for each FRSET
  7. Detail(using detailer):max 10 min for each layer ( 2 FRSET)
  8. Checking: average 30 min per layer (may increase depends on the level of detail)
  9. Cutting: average 20 min each layer
  10. Grouping (CJSB): average 20 min per layer
  11. Presentation: average 15 min for a quick presentation (for each layer)
  12. Convert to AutoCAD: 10 min average(may be less or more depends on the number of armature)
