Quick Run through of functionalities to have in the system:

1. automatically assigns work to idle freelancers
2. when a freelancer is assigned a job:
   1. System sends the guideline and samples to be followed
   2. System sends a walk-through and the links to the relevant notion pages
   3. System gives user access to the files on their computer
3. System should be able to break down complex jobs into dozens of simple jobs ehich are then to be distributed to may freelancers
4. System should be able to price the jobs automatically following a formula that takes into account:
   1. Area of the Slab / raft
   2. Complexity of the volume (number of vertices + area of each volume region)
   3. Number of armatures
   4. Urgency of the raft
   5. Type of job (checking, cutting, cjsb…)
   6. Demand for the jobs
5. System should penalize delays and mistakes in the freelancers work
6. System should be integrated to the training system whereas the certificates a freelancer gets with blitz courses allow them to get newer types of jobs from the management system.
